Fulfilment of your digital order takes less than 24 hours via our distribution platform Pixieset (typically instantly). You will receive a link to download your files which is valid for 7 days, please make sure you back up your copies!
TIP: If you are buying three or more high resolution photos, please purchase a package. Sorry, we are not able to modify your order this if you do not select the package option.
If you need an event password, please get it from your event organizer.
FAQ
Will the watermark show up on my downloaded images?
When you purchase an image, the watermark is removed.
Am I purchasing the copyright for the image?
Image licensing is complicate, the short answer is no. The copyright of the image is retained by the photographer (that's me). You are purchasing a license to use the photograph for personal use (display, social media, printing). All other rights are reserved.
Purchasing full rights or commercial use of images can be negotiated (note this will be priced accordingly and not necessary for most customers).
Can I order traditional prints?
Digital downloads are offered for everyone's convenience. This gives you the maximal flexibility for printing/sharing your images. Please see the detailed license agreement when you purchase your photos, briefly: you are free to print and use the image for personal purposes -- basically you can't resell the image nor make derivative products for resale.
High resolution files can be printed at 300 DPI up to 8"x12".
A third party lab is available for prints (WHCC). Orders will ship directly from WHCC, please contact WHCC directly if there are questions about your order.
Does this mean I can use the image on mousepads, coffee mugs, shower curtains?
Absolutely! As long as it's for your personal use. Again, the licensing agreement does not permit you to sell product commercially. If this is something you'd like to do, please use the contact page and we can discuss options for these purposes.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment processing is via Stripe which accepts most major credit cards.
